I wasn't sure this existed but glad I found it on Amazon and it was what I was looking for

I purchased two ethernet inline surge protectors that required grounding. However, I have a plastic network cabinet in my house to minimize wifi signal loss. However, I do have a small UPS and still had an open plug location. I cut the metal end off of this wire and the two wires from my surge protectors and put them into a single wire nut.

A little expensive but a more professional looking solution. You could just buy a plug and attach only a green ground wire and and crimp an eye onto it but that takes time and looks a little hokey. I'm using this on a shielded data cabling install.

I used this to run a ground to my pedalboard (which was not grounded). Odd thing is, the screws that came with the cord, fit the ground screw port perfectly, but were too small for the spade connector on the end of the cord. A little bending or put on a smaller spade fixes it up.

Instead of using an old 3 prong outlet and making a DIY cable, this is a neatly-packaged and tidy solution to grounding your AVR etc.
