The head of my mic is almost in the center of a 13" tom tom making the tom unplayable. I'm returning this poor design.

These are excellent! Very well built and extremely durable. To be honest for the price for all 4 I figured if they were at least decent and served the intended purpose that would be fine. I was pleasantly surprised and how good they were when I opened the box. I ordered a second set for the times I need to deal with more then 4 shells. Would recommend!

The first time I used these clips I noticed an integrity issue in the plastic clip right where the leg portion meets the main body of the clip. This was caused from the lack of flexibility in the plastic. It seems a bit rigid for a part that is supposed to flex when clipping to the drum hoops. Only time will tell if the leg breaks off from mounting and unmounting these clips over time.

I didn't realize until I tried to clip one on to the rim that they're way stiffer than the original set I put on microphones. Was able to open the clip gap safely with a heat gun.
