I am a fleet manager for a limo company. We have around 50 vehicles. Our shops' primary vacuum has this wand and it is a game changer. It is longer than the typical wand that comes with a vacuum; it gets the entire distance between the back of the bucket seat to the front - in between the seat and center console. That was what I was most looking for in a replacement. But what impressed me the most was the built in light! I use a headlamp when I work in interiors. But if you are just vacuuming, you won't need one. The wand's built-in light does a great job of illuminating the area around the wand! And no batteries! It smartly uses the suction of the vacuum to rotate an internal dynamo to produce electricity. And therefore it turns on automatically when the vacuum does and shut off with the vac too. So no switch required. A damn simple design that just work. Well engineered.

I read some negative reviews on how it's not bright and sometimes doesn't work. It's an aid, not a solutions for light. It helps me see under seats etc. It's a nice extra. If you have a good vacuum the light will work fine. Highly recommend it. I will buy a couple more.
