I ordered the Plastic Hook Clear ones. They are a flexible plastic, but still sturdy enough to hold up the shower curtain. They are an open end and do not have any latch to hassle with. No latch to break off if you have to change out the shower curtain. I can put up the shower curtain without having to take the rod down.

I had metal hooks that looked great but scratched the curtain rod and left debris on the floor. You have to go with plastic in this case.

Simple to use and work well. Got these after our metal ones scratched up our shower rod. These were by far a better choice than anything fancy.

The fastening pins did not seem to snap securely together as other kinds that I have used. I observed the construction of the ring closer after they arrived and noticed the difference in the design of the closure. The peg did not have a very tight retention in the hole of the ring.

Can't think of a better shower curtain hanger set. I typically buy the metal hook kind, but thought I would try something a little different this time. These shower curtain hooks are easy to flex to add a shower curtain, slide over the curtain rod easily, come with enough for 2 full-size bathroom curtains, and will never rust like the metal ones I used to buy. Bonus is they are easy to clean, look nice, don't detract from the appearance and design of my bathroom, and if you're worried about the flexibility causing the curtains to fall off or loosen, don't be afraid. They serve their function well and are sturdy enough to prevent accidental removal of the curtain. These are simple enough to go well with any interior as well. Would give them an A+
