Very satisfied with this well designed shower unit! The shower head delivers a high volume water massage. The separate sprayer adds another dimension. In the past, I've only installed Delta or Moen fixtures, mainly because of their name recognition and availability of replacement parts. After installing this unit, fairly priced, I will continue with this product in my next bathroom renovation.It's been over 12 months and working perfectly. One concern I have but have not pursued is the availability of replacement parts such as the mixer cartridge. Perhaps the manufacturer could mention in their post where replacement parts can be obtained, especially for locations that have high lime in the water system.

I'm only giving this 3 stars (which might be too generous) because like other reviewers have mentioned the nipple on the arm that screws into the wall is way too short. We installed the entire shower and tile ourselves and had the end of the drop ear elbow flush with the outside of the backerboard, as far out as we could install it and there still wasn't enough to properly thread the arm in after the tile was installed. Fortunately I was able to purchase a new arm from Amazon that worked fine, but the manufacturer really should fix this issue as people shouldn't have to buy a new arm to use this system. Another thing, which can be good or bad depending on your personal preferences and usage, is this thing really dumps water. Pressure is not an issue at all. In fact, we have been running out of hot water while using it. I did some testing and while the specifications state it gives out 2 gpm, it is actually almost 3.5 gpm. We have a 50 gallon tank and the water is ice cold after 14 min of running the shower which is an issue for us. It only took 1.5 min to fill a 5 gallon bucket. So if you like long showers, or have more than one person showering in the mornings, I don't recommend this or you'll need to get a regulator which is what I'm going to do. Also, it does not come with a mounting box for the valve, which the way it is constructed made it kind of difficult to install. We have had no leaking, and the wand works great. I honestly wouldn't buy this system again.

I love the look and function of both the shower head and the hand held. Plumber had no problems installing valve or hand held . He made a mistake at the shower head ( you must follow the instructions given). I figured out a way to resolve the issue and I emailed supplier and they sent me extra trim plates and included a very nice towel bar. I would recommend this unit to anyone remodeling a bathroom.Every thing came nicely packed.

We renovated our bathroom about 6 months ago. My husband didn't want a rain head and didn't think he needed a handheld shower, either. I took a chance and bought this set anyway, and boy am I glad! This set is awesome!! Definitely one of the better purchases we have made. It looks great and is heavy-duty in quality. Well worth the investment.

Please contact me ! Need replacement shower arm, willing to pay for it . Looks great and strong but the course threads don’t match any other threads. Shower arm dented.

Great product with even better service. During installation, found out that the diverter knob would not attach due to the stem not emerging far enough from the tiled wall. Sent a note to the company to ask what to do, received a response within 4 hours, and they despatched a new front plate to me within 24 hours. Amazing service. And now fully installed, it looks and works really well - great water pressure and fantastic appearance. Definitely buy again.

Looks great and great price for what you get but first off the valve is ridiculously LOUD. The shower arm design is terrible would not reach the drop ear in the wall way too short. Had to order a separate shower arm that had longer threads to make it work. Overall great looks but next time I would buy these Chinese units. UPDATE after 12 months: Valve is making very loud noises now, shower head is leaking everywhere, very frustrating, you definitely get what you pay for, would not recommend.

Remodeling our entire house and was looking for that perfect rain shower head set, seen everything in home depo and Lowe’s and other websites, but this one caught my eye on Amazon, so took the chance of not being able to touch and feel the product before I bought it. Well our contractor installed it and been using it for a week now and it’s the best shower rain set I have ever seen. Amazing quality materials and looks super modern and the water pressure is the best I have experienced. Super quality product all real stainless steel!
