My roombas side brush was LOUD so I found this replacement and it ended up working well for me. Installation was easy and quick, since roombas have a very modular build. Haven't had any problems with operation.

I stripped the screw on the Roomba. This is a fast & easy fix to replace the brush attachment.

I bought this for my Roomba because the brush piece on mine was broken. I installed the new motor and it made it right at a month before it stopped working completely. Now the return window is closed for amazon and i have to purchase another part. Needless to say I'm pretty dissatisfied with my purchase.

The brush that came with it was defective, the screw was off center, so I used a new original Irobot brush. The motor weighs about a third less than the OEM part. lot less than the OEM motor. Started it up and it worked fine for about 15 minutes when it stripped. Very disappointing and not recommended. I’ll order the OEM motor that lasted through six years of daily usage.
