The laminate is really brittle when I was putting it together. Easily flaked. So i would not put it in a place where it would get lots of use. I wanted to return but the company while they allow returns would not give me a shipping label. Most companies will give you a shipping label and take like $40 off your return to ship it back. Since most companies get a heavily discounted shipping rate than the individual person. When I took it to UPS and the post office it was gonna cost $100 to ship back. So I kept it. There’s another company that I bought a cabinet that is similar and it is much higher quality. You can probably look at my other reviews to figure out which one it is

I really love the look of this piece but unfortunately it came chipped from the corners and I am unable to contact customer service.Update:Customer service contacted me and they are sending me a new piece that isn't chipped. They were very helpful and responsive. Can't wait to get the new piece to replace the broken one!

The product arrived in time and the box was not damaged. I decided to assemble the sideboard and am not going to be able to complete assembly. One of the screws snapped in half when screwing the magnets into the wood. No big deal because it’s being held by the other screw. However, when I tried to assemble part 4 (one of the end sides) the wood split and I’m not sure who to repair it. I may have to throw this product away and invest in a higher quality item. I’m disappointed but considering what I paid for the item, I’m not surprised.

I purchased two sets- this one with the double cabinet and the one with the cabinet and side drawers to create one long credenza for my dining room.Assembly took some time but the instructions were clear and easy to follow. I found that the wood was easily chipping when I was screwing in the pieces so use a delicate hand when assembling.Overall the look is pretty, what I have to figure out now is how to adjust the doors so that they are level- each door is slightly off so the handles don’t line up. I can’t be mad at that as this is not a high end piece of furniture so you get what you pay for- which is fine.I plan to have a piece of glass cut for the top of both pieces to prolong the lifespan of the cabinets. Not sure how long they’ll last but for under $1000 I think they were worth it.Shipping was faster than they had estimated- all pieces arrived undamaged- the boxes are large and heavy. I really wish the shipping wasn’t as costly as it was though- other similar pieces had lesser shipping costs or free shipping but the styles weren’t as appealing.

Honestly very impressed with the quality for the price. Easy to assemble and arrived 10 days early. Nothing was damaged and it’s super cute, exactly what I was looking for. I found the same one on Target priced for a lot more so this was a great find!
