The images and videos with my xt5 are super sharp. It's good weight and not (too) big. I carry this with my TTartisan 27 f2.8, and it's a good combo for taking photos especially when traveling.

Holds up to all the wonderful reviews already out there. Size and weight are awesome. The only negative, and this may be unique to me, is that the zoom turns the opposite direction from I'm accustomed to. That is certainly not a deal breaker and I'm sure I'll get used to it. This is a lens that will spend a lot of time on my camera.

Tested and evaluated i discovered this lens to be slightly sharper wide open and as good as the Fujinon 16-55 2.8 i am replacing with this lens. Slight r/c chromatic aberration at edges wide open is easily removed in raw processing. Less chromatic aberration than the Fuji however. The only drawback is it is not fully weather sealed. Much smaller and less cumbersome than the Fuji.
