This is my first time ever writing a review. But for this product I wanted to. It comes with everything you need. I love how each item comes in its own bag. It also comes with directions for each one. Quality is nice. I love cross stitching. But saw this & figured I’d give embroidery a try. Glad I chose this one as my first.

I wasn't expecting much from this kit, I'm a relative beginner and just wanted some floss and a few rings (which I thought would be plastic and prone to slipping based on the pictures). I was very pleased when the kit actually came with 3 wooden rings, 3 sets of fabric and floss, a threader, and scissors. The designs each have some simple instructions which are easy to follow and the quality over all of the materials is much higher than I was expecting. The rings don't slip at all and and the completed designs were not damaged by a gentle hand wash in cool water. I have already framed the first design because it looks great!

This is my first time doing embroidery so I wanted to get a beginner friendly kit. This kit comes with everything you need and plenty of string in case you mess up! I will say the instructions are terrible, luckily there’s a lot of good youtube videos that are helping me with the stitches. I’m still working on my first one but i’m having a lot of fun learning something new!

I really enjoyed working on all 3 patterns of this kit and now I'm hooked on embroidery. I would say the cherry blossom pattern was the easiest and a good intro to satin stitch. The hydrangea was the most challenging since it had so many French knots. Whenever I had a question such as what is the DMC color equivalent to the floss in the kit or what size needle is included, the customer service always gave me prompt replies. If you're new to embroidery, you'll find a lot of advice and demos on YouTube which is what I did. I found the French knots to be very difficult at first because it was tough to pull the needle through the knot and fabric. I found out that it's easier if you use a milliner needle for the French knots. I used a size 1 milliner needle and it was a lot easier to pull through the fabric and knot. I have my eye on another one of their kits and would love to get it someday.
