I just unmolded a Nutella cheesecake with this and it was maybe the best moment of my life. The silicone adhered to the cheesecake so when I undid the springform latch the silicon separated perfectly from the pan. Then I was able to peel off the silicon strip from the side of the cheesecake, which was completely perfect and intact. I have had so many cheesecakes get messed up during the unfolding process and this completely fixed that problem. Love!

Not only was clean up a breeze but there was also an even browning of the cheesecake crust. All around great buy. I’ll be getting a larger set as well.

I made a Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake and it came out flawlessly. The cake was very moist and didn't stick at all. The silicone base and sides served their purpose well. Clean up was a breeze, just dish soap and water and good as new. I am very happy with this purchase.

I make cheesecakes for my family (so they don't need to be fancy), but I always wanted the edges to be smoother. I have also struggled with getting the cheesecake off of the bottom of the pan. This set solves both problems!! The sides look so good and you don't have to run a knife around the edge of the pan. The cheesecake slid right off the bottom of the pan. One of the best-looking cheesecakes I have ever made!! The is a game-changer if you are a cheesecake baker!!

I love to bake and my most requested from people are cheesecakes. I always fight with getting them out of the spring pan. This is one of the best purchases I have ever made. The silicone sticks to the sides and bottom of the pan making it simple to fill yet incredibly simple to remove. (Does take a few tries to get the knack of the side piece. Definitely getting another set. Highly recommend!!
