These are a good value and work very well for my tiny rescue kittens. The material used is soft and pliable. They fit some of my bottles but not all, however I have a wide variety so that was a non-issue for me.

Human and kitten approved.Human approved because hungry kittens approve. The size is good for kittens of all ages. The littlest fellas seem to be able to latch on the top, older kittens further up for more milk purr slurp *I couldn't help myself*Sturdy and long lasting. These should last until ya lil guys get teeth. Once sharp little kitten teeth arrive weening time is here. Good for syringe or bottle feeding.Easy to clean and sterilize. Important for the health of kittens. Street urchins at already struggling so reducing any harm exposure is so vital.

I previously have rehabbed wildlife (small mammals like rabbits and squirrels) and now foster kittens. I have tried so many different types of nursers and am always looking for something better. I made the switch to silicone a few years ago because they disinfect better and are more durable. These nipples are shaped better since they provide a surface for the little paws to knead against, providing for a more natural nursing experience. I like using syringes instead of bottles because you not only get a measurement of formula fed but also limit ingested air. I have already tried these nipples on some of my syringes, and they fit the different sizes I use. I haven't needed to use the cap adapter but can see how this will make for a more tight fit if needed. The nipples also have a lot of give, which means that the babies can bite down and tug without the nipple popping off the syringe (to some extent, of course). I also appreciate the pre-existing hole; years ago, I had to cut the nipple tips to make a hole and this ended up producing various size holes and inconsistent feeding, increasing the chance of aspiration pneumonia. This set will make nursing small mammal babies easier for both the babies and the person doing the feeding! The set consists of 5 nursing nipples, 5 cap adapters and 3 leur tip syringes of different sizes (1mL, 2.5mL and 5mL). I have not actually used these nipples yet because it is not currently baby season.

we had found some very young kittens, seemingly abandoned. We bought these, as feeding was not working, and the kittens wouldn't take liquids from a saucer yet, as they were too young. We bought these in desperation, and they worked perfectly, and immediately. As I said, these were a literal life saver.

Living in a rural area, it never fails that some little creature ends up being found and in need of immediate care. This is especially true during spring and summer months .I live a good distance from the closest pet shelter and or wildlife rehabilitation center . So…when an infant kitten, baby mouse , or baby rabbit ends up in my hands because of being abandoned , I’m always scrambling to gather supplies to feed and care for the little things until I can get them to a shelter or rehab center . ( this kit on hand will potentially make the difference between life and death for a small baby animal )This kit is perfect . . I plan to put it in my animal first aid kit .Included in this set are several syringes ( 2 different sizes ) and 5 nipples ( also several sizes ) .The instructions on the box are clear and very helpful .The nipples are soft and fit the syringes well. These syringes with nipples will be a HUGE improvement over trying to use an eye dropper or even “ pet” style bottles .I plan to order some powdered “ pet infant “ formula to keep in my first aid kit. This kit will definitely make a good outcome attainable for any little creature in need of rescue and care .I’m delighted to have this on hand for emergency rescues .Reasonably priced too!The nipples are made of food grade silicone so safe for little ones !Excellent product . Would very much recommend !

These are useful. I’ve tried feeding kittens with a syringe and had a lot of difficulty getting the kitten to use it. When I tried this, the fuzzy beasty took to it much faster and it was easier to use. The nipples are easy to wash after. If you don’t have (enough) bottles, this is a great alternative.
