The silicone bristles are quite ineffective when it comes to cleaning, and the shape and rigid design prevents the “brush” from reaching the bottom of the bowl or cleaning there, or under the rim. Plunger works though, but that’s the only positive.

I had a regular toilet brush and while it did its job well, it wasn’t very pleasing to look at. I also wanted to be able to keep a plunger in the bathroom without it being an eyesore and just looking gross. When I saw this one, I thought it was perfect. And while it is great, it falls short because of the toilet brush. My toilet stays pretty clean but the water near me causes what I assume to be mold, to grow in the bowl where the water sits. Typically, a quick brush would get rid of it since it is not hard or calcified in any way. Sadly, this silicone brush is not meant for tough jobs.
