Technical Information:
๐Ÿ”ธ Repairs: Lower temperature solder is recommended for repair work, especially on pieces that may have been reworked and a high-temperature solder may cause a problem.
๐Ÿ”ธ Assembly Work: In multiple components, soldering using the Higher Temperature Solder first, then a medium grade, and finally to a soft the lower melting point.
๐Ÿ”ธ Production: High-temperature solder, the Hard grade should be used, with the higher silver content, better match of color, and a stronger bond. Allowing future repairs to be performed with the softer solders.

Works great. If you can't get this solder to melt watch a YouTube video on how to solder and make sure you're using a good enough torch.

Not sure what the percentage of silver and other alloys is present in these solders but despite flux they all seem to take an immense amount of heat to flow and congeals. The former potentially causes inefficiency where gas usage is concerned and soldered metals wether fine or other to melt.

Easy to cut but they get mixed up. I keep them in their marked bags.

Solder is sheet form is a basic staple of silver soldering. Use your shears to cut off a tiny amount or a larger amount depending on the situation. I like to "prime" the solder by adding flux and heating it until the ball stage before using it, but using the solver straight as a flat rectangle works great in many situations, such as joining bezel ends. This is my go-to form of solder. The specifications for melting temperature match the manufacturer's information. The solder flows nicely and leaves a neat, nearly invisible join. This is a silver soldering basic staple.

I love the sheet solder. Having always used "wire" solder for stained glass, I have found how wonderful using the tiniest pieces of this product is. When it arrives, you believe its too tiny, but no ..... it lasts a long time. Make sure you get a solder cutter, you can cut sheet or wire solder with pliers.Fast delivery, easy to use, perfect.
