The toy is missing a crucial component—the winch (see pictures). Without the winch, the other accessories are rendered useless. The product was poorly packaged in a soft paper bag that tore during shipping, resulting in the toy’s packaging being damaged and unsuitable for use as a birthday gift. The description provided was definitely inaccurate.

Disappointing product. I purchased this toy for my grandson for Christmas 2023. None of the features work. I would have sent it back, but the grandson did not want to part with it.
