I’m a medium but I got an extra large. I’m glad I did bc a large probably would have been too tight with some muffin top effect going on. I’m 4’9 145-150lb these are pretty too not like those other shaper thongs with no personality these are mesh and soft and I now won’t feel embarrassed taking them off in front of my partner.
