This is a great leather ottoman. The caramel color is as shown, and so is the leather. (The leather is smooth like that of dress gloves.) The wooden base has a lip on it that makes it easy to move the ottoman. Yay! The bottom edge of other ottomans can have staples that scratch your fingers when you inadvertently grab them. Another problem is that ottomans without lips can cause broken fingernails when the you lose your grip moving them. I am enjoying this one a lot.

I like the feel the fabric and the couch looks nice. But the memory foam that comes inside of the cylindrical pillows was no longer comfortable just a couple of months after my purchase. Now, I am back online, looking for new filling that I can use in my deflated pillows

I’ve been looking for an ottoman for years. This one checks all the boxes. My sofa sits low, so I am not using the legs that come with the ottoman. It looks perfect. I also have to add it was shipped so well. Intention of shipping this safely can’t be out done. It was very well protected with heavy duty cardboard and a lightweight fabric cover. I’m very happy!

I bought the ottoman first and liked it so much, I bought the couch. It came in huge box and only required putting the legs on. It's very deep, I'm 5'6", and requires a pillow behind me when I want to sit up straight. However, my main goal was something for me and my 3 fur babies which are 50+ lbs each. It's perfect. Also, for those lazy afternoon naps, plenty of room. Also, the fabric has,so far in 1 month I've had it, withstood my 2 Pits and a Labrador. I did Scotchguard it first and so far just requires a gentle vacuum. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is the back cushions need more filling and lack support. Otherwise, I love the couch. For under $1k it's a bargain that I think will last for several years.

The ottoman was well made however the charcoal gray color looked blue upon arrival and did not match my living room at all. I chose this company because it said “free 30 day returns” but when I went to return it due to the color mismatch, I was informed they would send me a return FedEx label but I had to pay $66 to ship it back!? I explained the situation about the color not matching their picture but was told again that this was my only option. In the end, I paid $66 and A LOT of inconvenience to find out this ottoman was not right for our space. VERY disappointed and will not order from Simplihome again.

This sofa was delivered less than 8 hours ago. The seat cushion fabric/upholstery is already buckling. There are deep creases where it should be smooth. Very unhappy. Buyer beware.

I love the sofa! It’s perfect for my living room! The material is wonderful! Arrived very quickly and was a snap to put it together! You will love this! And, may I recommend getting the Ottoman? It’s perfect!
