They were folded, crumpled and crammed into envelopes. All are broken, pieces cracked off. Not useable.

DO NOT BUY! Item is brittle, cannot flatten out to be used. When you attempt to flatten it--all the branches break into small pieces. It seems like it was stored someplace hot and the plastic is old/brittle. Comes wadded up in a ball, which doesn't help. Complete piece of trash. Wish I could get a refund, but not worth the hassle of a trip to the UPS site to ship back and pay their fee. ZERO stars!!

I wanted to use these as centerpieces for my guest tables at my wedding. They're beautiful and big, the perfect size for a round table. However, you can tell, even from a few feet away, that these are very much plastic. The "fingers" are not completely disconnected from each other, which really pronounces the plastic look.If you need them for anything further than 10 ft away, they're beautiful. But if you need them for anything close (table decor, bouquet, etc.), you may want to look elsewhere.
