Firearm acquisition records
Record a detailed description of the firearm and from whom it was received. For each acquisition, fill out the manufacturer, model, serial number, type, caliber/gauge, and acquisition date.
Disposition records
Use the left side of each double-page spread to record disposition details including the date, name, and address, license number, or form 4473 serial number.
Your dealership information
Be sure to add your name, address, contact details, and the record book number to the details page. Once full, there’s also space to add the completion date.

this is the smallest bound book I have ever seen, I was past the return window so just tossed them out. could not use due to small size.

Appears very nice and durable. No apparent bad cuts or print angles. Lots of storage and organizing bungies without being too much. Overall very pleased. Has room for a about 1500 transfers so more than ill ever need.

Book is of good quality, however get used to writing small.Would be perfect with less lines and more fillable space for each firearm.
