Sizes are not correct. I’m a medium n purchased a L/XL, it wouldn’t pass my hips. Returned for a XXL/XXXL.

This thermo stomach and waist belt, work great 👍, easy to put on and easy to take off, works very well, fitting into some of my clothes I used to wear, I am very happy, I don't need to make a new years resolution, now I have this item.

My husband loves it. He says it helps his posture and husband back while sweating and trimming down. The down side is that you do have to gentle cycle wash it or hand wash it and can only hang dry it. But its a great product.
