I LOVE this bolster! My local yoga studio uses this exact one, and I'm so glad I have one of my own now. And I convinced my school to order them in bulk for my own yoga classes that I teach as well. It's smaller than the standard bolster size, but the size fits perfectly for my body (I'm 5'0"). It's cushy but still provides support. Compare to my Hugger Mugger bolster, which is standard size, too big for me, and way too hard. I would recommend this bolster to anyone, regardless of height or size. It's easy to clean, easy to store, durable, soft, and lightweight. Great price, I might actually get a second one!! :)

I have back and hip issues that make it almost impossible to sleep without a pillow under my knees, but standard pillows don't provide nearly as much support as I would like. I bought this over a year ago after trying a similar one at a yoga class and thought it might work well for this purpose. It is wonderful! I use it every single night and always pack it when going out of town. It is firm and thick enough to provide very good support to my knees while taking pressure off my back and hips, without being so firm that it is uncomfortable. Occasionally, I use it between my knees to sleep on my side and it is a bit firmer than ideal for that, but it works better than a normal pillow. The material of the cover is soft enough not to upset my sensory issues either and can be easily machine washed with my other bedding (though it is difficult to get back on).My only issue with it is that after 1 and a half years of daily use, the stuffing inside has gotten lumpy and no matter how much I try to fluff it out, I can't. I love it enough that I will be buying another one soon to replace the lumpy one. It took at least a year of nightly use before becoming lumpy.I would highly recommend this product.

This is perfect for doing some yoga moves. It's very comfy, and it's the perfect size. I was amazed how well this product is. Most people who do yoga use folded towels, or blankets. I honestly recommend to go ahead and buy this. It's way more easier, and more effective in my opinion.

I'm only 4'10" but found this too small to lay on lengthwise for back support. It did not support my low back and my head at the same time--too short. It was also very heavy and very firm. It might be ideal for a sitting pillow for meditation but it was not what I was looking for. The quality was excellent with a rugged exterior fabric and handles on either end to easily transport from room to room.

I wasn’t sure what dimensions I needed for my first boulster, but having used one in class I needed one for home as well. This one works for the poses I need it for, and it’s just the right size for my smaller body frame. It’s quite heavy and sturdy so I believe it will hold up with my daily practice. I like the carry strap on the edge too.

Works well for me because I am a small person, but I thought it was going to be a little bigger. It's about the size between one of those small skinny bolsters and Large bolsters you normally see in studios. Also the material is kind of scratchy. But other then that it is very inexpensive and durable.

I don't do yoga. I needed something a back car seat passenger could use as an arm rest during a long trip. This was perfect. Solid but soft, just the right size. My passenger was delighted. Now that the trip is over, I'll use it for myself somehow. A nice shade of navy blue. Handles on both ends. Remove able over. Very nice product.

Perfect bolster for my needs. Outer cotton fabric is soft, and the purple color is pretty. The smaller size is nice for prone or supine poses where I want my shoulders to fall to the sides of the bolster. It's also great for sitting in easy pose and watching TV. The stuffing is firm but not hard.
