This is the third smart bird feeder I bought, this one has dual solar panels while the previous ones was only one solar panel. My wife and daughter love to watch birds. So I gifted both of them. The feature They like the most is AI recognition. Previously we don’t know most of the bird species, but now we do with AI recognition. I personally like the auto notifications to you phone app, when they notice any movement. It keeps our home safe. It is equipped with alarm and alert notification too, which is awesome. Made with durable material and weather proof.

My son is looking for a bird feeder to set up in the backyard. I bought this as a birthday gift for him. He loves it very much. Installation is very easy when following the instructions and he completed it within 15 minutes. After connecting to the app on the phone, he could receive the alert when the bird comes and watch the live videos. The picture of the camera is high quality and the camera could capture every moment of the birds. Now, my son could watch the birds anytime and anywhere.

I am impressed with the smart bird feeder! It has infrared capabilities for nighttime visits! Easy to clean, great video quality, the best bird camera ever. It is easy to install, the smart feeder with the best quality on the market, it has completely changed my birdwatching experience!

This is a great product! This is my second smart bird feeder as I love watching birds. This product met my expectation in many aspects including set-up, connection to wi-fi final, quality of photos. I would recommend it.

I can’t tell you how obsessed I am with this bird house. My inner child comes out as I get so excited to see all the birds, and even chipmunks come to my yard! (There is a microphone and alarm feature for those who want to scare away any animals other than birds) and there’s sound or mute to hear the sounds of the birds as they munch away. I love it. Worth the money!My only reason for 4 stars is I wish it came in different colour options, not a huge fan of the teal but it’s ok. And I wish the camera lense was just a bit larger. If I lower the camera to try and see the chipmunks then it cuts off the bigger birds, and then vise versa. Also, as others have reviewed, the app can be a little difficult to first start with, because nothing is really labeled clearly, but once you tinker with it and figure out what button does what it’s easy and quick to navigate!I’ve also had no issues contacting support, they don’t answer right away, but they contacted me back within 24 hours and solved my issue when I first wasn’t getting notifications.

Setup was a pain. Not just the pairing but the physical aspect. I paid someone to mount it to a pole because I don't have tools plus I have arthritis in my hands. So, I invested money in this based on the seller's representation of the product and the reviews I read.It worked for about 2 weeks. I used a memory card and that seemed to go ok. The screw-opening load food mechanism is for the birds! Really, 2024 and we can't use a latch of some kind? I don't know about your house but mine has hungry birds who empty the feeder sometimes twice a day.The app is horrible and took a week to get the hang of. Some command labels are still a mystery.So about 3 weeks into this I started getting a 9999 retry error when I try to start the video. I removed the device and reconnected to the app to no avail. The battery is 98% and just charged. The internet connection works fine. Support won't respond to me in the app, through Amazon, or email. I wasted a lot of money on this item that I can't return because I'd have to pay someone to return to remove the birdhouse from the pole the instructions say to mount it to. This was not worth 2 weeks of being able to watch birds. I feel bamboozled. Amazon couldn't help me because I told them I can't get the item off the pole to send it back. What would be nice is some support and maybe a new camera if this one is a dud (when I was reconnecting it to the router it was making clunky clanking sounds.Never again.
