About Normal Open Mode
Here are the complete steps：
- To open the normally open mode: press [9] and then press [OK) key, the user recognizes the opening of the lock after opening (no user identification, will exit the normally open mode).
- Follow the normally open mode: press [0] and then press the [OK] key.
- Enter the user information (by fingerprint or password), and then you can actually activate the normally open mode.
How to lock the door outside?
1.Long press the 'C/M' key on the keyboard.
2.Long press the lock button of remote control.

Very high-end glass door locks! Who knew that someone will actually make advance locks for glass doors! Installation was easy, it feels very durable, I thought it would fall off, but it did stay in place. I like that I can open it with the remote or fob which made it so much more convenient than by fingerprints alone.

This is a nice option for glass doors. It seems to be well made and should last for a long time. I like that installation and setup are easy and there is a lot of versatility in how I can unlock this. I also like that it auto locks, so I don’t have to worry about remembering to lock it when I am done. My one note about this, is that I don’t think I would use it on any exterior doors. I would want to opt for something that was bolted on and bolted shut. For internal doors, office doors or glass cabinets this is perfect.

This sliding glass door lock set works well enough from a functional point of view. You can use a fob, fingerprint, code or mag card to unlock it, and it works quickly and without fuss. Out of the box it will work with the remote fob and mag card, but requires additional setup for the code and fingerprint. My main concern is the strength of this lock - while the actual deadbolt itself is steel, the remainder of the lock is plastic, including the receiver where the deadbolts slide into. That pretty much negates any strength offered by steel bolts, as the plastic receiver will break first anyway, rendering the lock useless.

I installed several of these locks on several display cases, and they were simple to install. Everything is self-adhesive which attaches everything nice and sturdy. The lock itself was easy to setup and the fingerprint reader works exceptionally well. The app loaded with no issues and works bug free which is nice. This is a really cool design that works great. I would buy this lock again. 5 STARS

Simple installation, convenient, decent quality:This sliding door lock is a very cool lock that finally offers the same convenience of an electronic lock but for sliding doors. The installation of the unit is pretty straightforward and the directions walk you through the process very well. The lock comes with multiple ways to open it, including a set of keys to use in case the power runs out of the batteries. The lock also comes with a USB-C input (see pic) that you can plug a power bank into from the outside in case the batteries ran out and you don't have the key on you - just plug in the power and unlock electronically. The quality of the materials is also pretty good - I did expect the unit as a whole to feel a bit more solid in my hands, but the main locking mechanism did feel solid and would provide adequate protection from a break in or unwanted entry. Since this device would usually be protecting a sliding glass door (which are obviously breakable) - this is more than adequate as a locking device.Overall, this is a good unit and I would recommend.
