I bought this for my dad who has cancer and many other health issues. He stated the ring fits perfectly. What he like the most is that the inside is coated with clear resin. He's allergic to most metals. He's worn it about a week and had had no problems. The instructions come with a QR code that takes you to a link that downloads the app. You use the app and Bluetooth settings in your phone to connect the ring to the app. You can also connect it to other health apps, such as the health app on the iPhone. The set up is so easy. It's accurate enough in measuring steps, blood pressure, blood oxygen, pulse rate, and sleep. He can wear it when showering or doing doing any other work inside/outside. I bought him the black one and it looks really good. It’s sleek, lightweight, tons of features and comfortable enough to wear all day. The battery life is solid, and he loves not having to deal with a bulky smartwatch and is so durable. If you want a stylish way to track your health, this ring is a great pick! Overall, he really likes it a lot. Great buy and highly recommend.

The step count for this ring is completely off! It said I had over 15,000 steps the first day and I know that’s completely off. The next day when I wore a pedometer, I had about 7,500 steps. However, the sleep monitoring seems good. I’m going to keep it and just use it at night to monitor my sleep.Easy to charge and connected easily.

I was intrigued by the idea of a smart ring, but this one was a major disappointment. * Inaccurate Readings: * The heart rate, blood oxygen, and sleep tracking were wildly inaccurate. I compared the readings to those from a reliable medical device, and they were consistently off. It's basically a random number generator. * Uncomfortable Fit: * Despite following the sizing guide, the ring was uncomfortable to wear. It felt bulky and irritating, especially during sleep. * Weak Bluetooth Connection: * The Bluetooth connection was unreliable, constantly dropping and requiring me to reconnect. This made it difficult to sync data with my phone. * App Issues: * The accompanying app was clunky and difficult to navigate. It was also prone to crashing, which made it even more frustrating to use. * "Waterproof" is Questionable: * While it claims to be waterproof, I would be very worried about wearing this in any heavy water situation. It feels like it would easily be damaged. * Cheap Materials: * The ring itself feels cheaply made. I have serious doubts about its long-term durability. This smart ring is more of a novelty item than a serious fitness tracker. I would not recommend it.

I’ve been using this smart ring for three days now, and I’m pleasantly surprised by its performance. The setup was straightforward, and it paired easily with my phone (iPhone). The ring is lightweight and comfortable to wear all day, even while sleeping. The fitness tracking features work well—step counting is fairly accurate, and the heart rate, blood oxygen, and blood pressure monitoring seem reliable. I especially appreciate the sleep tracking, which provides insights into my sleep patterns without needing a bulky smartwatch. Battery life has also been impressive so far, lasting well beyond a full day on a single charge. The fact that it’s IP68 waterproof adds to its durability, and I’ve had no issues wearing it while washing hands or during workouts. Best of all, there’s no subscription required, which makes it a great value compared to other fitness trackers.Overall, this is a great alternative to traditional smartwatches for those who prefer a more discreet fitness tracker. Looking forward to seeing how it performs long-term!

This is a nicely made fitness ring with light and sturdy material. It comes with a charging case and USB C cable. Can charge the ring directly with a charging cable or charge inside the portable case. It’s easy to setup and connect to phone with app. It can measure blood pressure, oxygen level, heart beat, stress level and track your activities and sleep. Good battery life and value. Thumbs up.

Size of this ring fits perfectly on my finger, I tried to test the results of Heart rate, Blood Plessure, Oxygen, so it’s close to being accurate, so I can say that it’s really working partially accurate. There is a difference of 1-3 measures points, otherwise it’s very accurate, and it’s waterproof for sure, I have tested and using it currently and planning on keeping the ring. I think it is worth the price. It’s not thick as I thought, I believe it’s because my hand is big, but it’s not that bad. It’s better than wearing a watch on my wrist, this is easy and simple, light weight. Classy looking.
