It's all cotton, a bit flimsy. I had to add bald up wax paper to the inside of the tiny hat in order to stand up but I made it work. I don't regret the purchase

The headband that holds the little hat tends to slide off my head but I’m sure if I use hairspray or something tacky it would hold easier. Cute little hat.

Super cute! Completed my cop costume! Shipped about a week faster than expected. Like other reviews said I had to stuff paper to get it to stand up but that wasn't an issue. Recommend!

Looks great. The test will be when tried on the night. Which won't be until March. But for such a small price worth it

El sombrerito es como se ve en la foto. y quien lo tenia puesto le quedaba muy gracioso! Costaba un poco de mantenerse en la cabeza pero en fin...Buen producto.

I was a little hesitant to buy this hat because Halloween costumes generally aren't that good of quality, but I was pleasantly surprised. It arrived sooner than I expected. It was a bit dusty and crinkled up, but overall It's a good product.
