This product fit my Littmann Cardiology II. I had been looking for parts because I didn't want to give up a trusted and great tool for my job. Warmed up retention ring up in some warm water and put it right on. Nice tight fit! Back in action! Thanks!

I have been in healthcare for years, I bought this as a replacement rim for a Cardiology III. It is obviously too small. When I reached out to the seller, I was instructed to "call MMM". The return postage was more than the item. This is a shady seller.

I have an old Littmann Lightweight Original (not II or III) Stethoscope. The chest piece ring was dry, cracked and in multiple pieces. The diaphragm was still okay. I had to place the diaphragm in the ring with some difficulty before putting the ring on the chest piece. Extremely difficult! Couldn’t do it by myself. My husband helped and we were able to place it with our four hands in about five minutes. Very pleased with result. Price is reasonable. Would recommend this product for this model stethoscope.

It is necessarily tight to put on, so check out a youtube video for a demonstration before you strart.

So happy I was able to purchase just purchase the rim for my sthethoscope and not spend $20 for a rim and ear set. I was unsure if it would fit but it works fine with the master classic II. Like other reviewers, I did struggle to snap it on, but once it's on, it's secure and fits well.

Tight fit, but it works! I have a Littmann Lightweight (not a II or III), the original. It fits on there perfect. Watch https://youtu.be/6OQlLrwJBVE to install correctly. 3M claims the rim to replace my Littmann Lightweight is not made anymore. This is nonsense. I lost a lot of faith in Littmann after going to the 3M service center. They told me they had the part but would not sell it to me. My next stethoscope will be a MDF, lifetime parts and warranty. At best with Littmann you get a 2 year on the basic stethoscopes and 7 years on the high end....Boooooo! 3M is for the birds.

It came as expected. I am really happy about the purchase. I was looking for a rim for my littman select, but was not able to find any. I came across this and saw that it said universal and the size was approximately 1.8 inches. So I did my research to see what size my littman was. And behold it was the same size. Kind of hard to replace it, but that was a given because I read somewhere there is a technique. Regardless, I was able to do it and it works! Definately would purchase again.
