We're leveling up the training for our kids and thought this rebounder would make a good addition to our list of useful items and boy, has it! The frame and stands are thick aluminum and robust feeling, with solid paint to protect the metal. The frame rebounds well for balls that are adequately inflated and hit hard enough. For smaller kids, they may not generate enough power in the pass to rebound well, so I think this is best suited for kids 8+. When angled, the rebounder produces a good looping volley, though getting the angle down to practice shooting from the volley can be a little tough. That's more down to your knowledge of physics than the traits of this board though!Assembly was pretty easy, though I did get the sides wrong the first time and had to flip them. The instructions could be a little more clear or point out which stand goes on which side of the frame. The rubber feet hold the stand well enough on hard surfaces and it really did not move around at all on grass. While this is a great training tool, it's not perfect. The rebounder is heavy for kids to carry, and the stands require disassembly in order for it to sit more flat. If they had included lockout hinges, this would have been an easy five stars, but taking a few minutes to screw out and screw in the legs on every use is needlessly time consuming when a hinge would not have been that difficult to integrate.

This rebounder has been a solid addition to our backyard soccer setup. The adjustable angles make it really versatile—we’ve used it for ground passes, volleys, and even goalkeeping reaction drills. The metal frame feels sturdy and doesn’t move around much, even when struck with power.Setup was quick, and it folds up easily for storage. My son has been using it almost daily, and I can already see an improvement in his first touch. Definitely worth it for anyone looking to add realistic passing drills to their training.
