I use this ladder to incorporate agility exercises into soccer practice for u10. It is well built and sturdy and the hooks help whenever we practice on grass. I like the case it comes in because once I'm done with practice I can roll it up and put it in the bag and toss it in the ball bag. I like that you can easily adjust the distance of each ladder bar easily. And the bright color helps it be easily visible.

Agility ladders are perfect for ANY athlete who wants agility training and this one is a great deal! It also comes with the cones that can be used for lots of different training and exercises as well. I coach middle school cheerleading and we wanted some other options for strength and agility training to keep things fun. This has been a big hit! It's hard work, but there's something a little more fun about setting up an agility ladder and challenging everyone. This set is priced perfectly and we have zero complaints. Highly recommend to any person or athlete who wants to train a little harder!

When I took this out of the package, the rungs were all on one side and somehow the straps were all tangled together and twisted. It took a bit to get it spread out, to get the rungs spread even somewhat evenly and then get the straps straight (sorry, I couldn't stand to have them twisted, though it would have still been functional) I did not read the description that close, and this ladder is REALLY long - much more than the ones I've used at PT or the gym. So it is a great ladder for longer drills, esp. outside where you'll have more room. The length seems to make it a bit tricky to keep it from getting twisted, but if I'm careful folding it up and pulling it back out, I can mostly prevent that. The cones look like they will work just fine. They are bright colors so you can easily spot them, but I have only used the ladder as part of PT exercises I was doing. Overall, it's not a bad product, esp for the price, but wish it had a way to make spacing the rungs easier.

The adjustable ladder has two big problems: one, it's only anchored on the ends, so the middle section "floats" on top of your grass (unless your grass is a putting green) and trips you up as you maneuver through it, and two, there are no indicators on the black straps that tell you where to position the yellow, sliding "wrungs", meaning you lay it down, guess where the wrungs should go, then spend ten minutes making about 100 small adjustments in order to space then evenly. Fix those two things, and the product would be great, as the quality is decent for the price (although the numbers on one of my cones was only partially painted on).

This training set is fairly cheap in quality.The soccer cones were folded in the box and do not lay down evenly now. They also do not fit in the carry bag. I have been working on reshaping them but some still do not lay evenly on the floor.The ladder is made of very thin plastic rungs and I do not believe it will last very long. The rungs move (slide) so it must be adjusted everytime you use it. They also move while using it which is a pain to deal with.The training guide was a folded up piece of paper with basic drills.The bag holds the ladder and drill sheet but that is it. The cones do not fit.Overall, this might work for someone who wants to get their kid started in soccer or training. For anyone with experience at all, they will be frustrated with the agility ladder, bored with the drills, and irritated with cones that are smashed and bent on delivery.

I wanted this set mainly for the agility ladder. Each time I set up the ladder I have to spend time adjusting the rungs of the ladder and they can easily move out of place and need to be readjusted.Being able to move the rungs might be what other need, perhaps if using it for children (especially small athletes). I don't have a lot of time for my exercise routine and I have to set it up each time I use it. I should have read the description more carefully and seen where the rungs were not affixed. The rungs are bright and easy to see in the grass. The cones are bright and easy to use. They did arrive a little smashed due to the shipping packaging. I hope they round out over time. The accompanying bag holds just the ladder but is too small for the cones. That is disappointing. The sheet with the drills helps to remind me of drills that I might have overlooked in my practice. This set might work well for some but I need a ladder that is easier to set up and a bag that will fit all of the set.

The "rails" are super long and the rungs were all stacked on top of each other on one side. So, you'll have to space them out manually. Doing so takes some patience as the rails tend to get twisted when you are trying to space out the rungs. Once set, if you are running through some of the drills and you catch your foot on the rung, it slides very easily and changes the gap to the next rail, which can throw off your drill. A perfectly run drill won't have that problem as you'll never touch the rungs or the rails, but I have clients who aren't quite as adept (yet), so that is an issue in my case. The cones are nicely numbered and colored making drills easy to explain and execute. The bag for the ladder is handy and makes transporting it much nicer, there is no bag for the cones. Good enough quality, exactly what I was looking for, but everything is as expected, I just wish there were more friction between the rails and rungs so they didn't move quite as easily.
