One of the reasons I bought this product was the soft close function. When our bathroom renovation began the door was one of the first things we needed to replace. The install went well until we came to the step 4 in the instructions. This was to install the soft close actuators. They were not in the package. If you look at the parts shown in the description the actuators are not there. I contacted support @barnbase.com No response. Looking at the information for the product in Amazon it says to contact the seller for warranty information or the manufacture’s website. The website does not exist. THIS IS NOT A SOFT CLOSE DOOR if the parts are not included. Stay away from this product and spend a little more money and buy Johnson pocket doors.
