This seemed to work at first. As soon as the timer was set, water began to drip out. I was using a commercial water machine jug as water source. For the first few days, I still had to water my plants every single night.I noticed the water in the jug wasn’t going down, so I played with the settings. For the next two days, the jug completely emptied, which obviously meant it was working. The next day I left on a weeklong vacation and returned to find most of my raised vegetables dead, and the water roughly an inch lower than when I had left. I continue to try to play with the settings, but after that the unit would only stay on for 3 to 5 seconds.Luckily, I had one day left to return it.I do not recommend this.

First thing you need to do is remove the 6 screws from the back of the solar panel. Run a bead of silicone around the base of the control box and then re-install the control box to the solar panel.If you don't water will get into the control box unless the solar panel is installed facing straight up.Working good and easy to setup after this problem was corrected.Had to return two of them due to rain water getting inside the control box

It's pretty easy on the modes:1: 1 minute Daily2: 5 minutes Daily3: 10 minutes Daily4: 1 minute Every 3 Days5: 5 minutes Every 3 Days6: 15 minutes Every 3 DaysIt takes some seconds for the pressure to build and purge the system. The 1 minute run is probably more for tests and things that don't need a good deep drink.On the 2nd run after expanding the system, the unit would turn on, whir for a few seconds, and then start the flashing. After taking it off and doing some troubleshooting it was barely making any pressure but it was making enough to spit out some of the condensation. I took off the back and pulled off the pump assembly from the motor. 2 of the tiny flanges had an edge that got curled in under itself leaving a tiny gap on both that was affecting the vacuum on those 2/3 little chambers. After delicately flattening them and putting everything back together, viola, full functionality restored.Pulling it apart gave me some design insights on the device. They made it very, very simple to troubleshoot/replace components. I've voided any future return/repair, but who cares!! I can fix anything on this unit.I used staples I had used previously for some cabling projects to run everything along my deck with the unit pointed to the south to get the most sun. The source tank is a 5g bucket with a lid that I've slightly modified with grommets to allow it to breathe but not allow things inside.All you need for installation is a pair of scissors. Such an easy process. I nerded out on mine and made a little 5 port manifold that I plug the main into and from there goes to my 5 pots. I only had enough materials for 4 pots so I've ordered the extra kit.
