It came in four big boxes. The parts of three major section chairs were randomly placed in two boxes. The number placed on the parts has no meaning, resulting to assemble this furniture like to play puzzle. It wasted me a lot of time. No detail assembly instructions. Only a simple and quick video to show how to put the parts together. Not enough washer and screws provided. I have to go to Home depot to get the missing material. The customer service email did not answer the question.

I ordered this set after carefully reviewing the measurements and the space on my porch. It arrived well packaged in 4 large boxes. After opening three of the boxes we found the directions in the final box. The directions were straightforward and easy to follow. The challenge is that many of the screws just wouldn’t thread correctly. Sometimes we could get them to work if you found a really specific angle - think “straight but just a tiny bit of pressure to the left”. Several wouldn’t budge after a certain point so we did our best to tighten them with pliers although they still aren’t flush. It certainly helps not to tighten them until all screws are in place but that doesn’t solve that problem.Once it was built we were really happy with it. It’s sturdy enough. I wouldn’t jump up and down on it but it seems it will last awhile. It looks nice. Yes the cushion are a little thin but I sat on them for several hours while working on a project and it was fine.The disappointment came when we went to put it in place and realized it is not the same set shown in the picture. The differences are subtle so we didn’t notice until we went to put it together. In the photo, the back and arm rests are square shaped and flat. Our backs have a much thinner and curved appearance. In the photo the, the shorter side of the sofa (the right part of the L if you’re sitting in the corner) is the shorter side but ours can only be configured with that as the longer side. So when we pushed it into place we discovered the long side was blocking our patio door. Again, I measured correctly and went back to verify in the photos - our set is just reversed with the long side on the opposite side. Due to the arm rests you can just swap the pieces over and the set didn’t come with holes drilled such that you could swap which side the arm rests are on.After the difficulty building it I can’t imagine a scenario where I could take it apart and ship it back but I’m really disappointed that it doesn’t actually fit like it was supposed to and now creates a bit of an awkward layout on our patio.

We Really like this furniture,it's sturdy and really looks nice . We had a small issue with the Hardware and Instructions missing. we contacted Solaste via email and Thanks to Cherry a Rep for Solaste , she quickly took care of this issue.

great quality of the set, easy to assemble ( took a couple of hours for 2 people). I has some questions to the manufacturer which they were very prompt to answer and support via email. I recommend this product and this seller.

So, so happy with this set! I did a lot of research and I’m so glad I chose this! Great price for a set that seats so many. Came super fast.. even 4 days before they said. Easy to put together! Directions easy to follow. Took my son about 1:15. Sturdy, comfy and looks great under the gazebo. I can’t say how long it lasts, because last night was the first people used it when my son had friends over to play poker. They loved it too! Overall thrilled with this purchase!I bought a cover separately.
