My Toro LX465 would make a click from under the seat, no starter spin with a fully charged battery. Tested voltage at the starter contact when turning the key, 0 volts. Replaced with a new solenoid and the mower started right away.On visual inspection, the old solenoid had a little bit of melted plastic around one of the screw terminals, it had been getting hot due to a bad connection and failed.
