Slightly off colour from the rest of the camera body but I bought my GoPro secondhand so don't have any reference to the original cover's colour. It's just great that this replacement part exists and is so affordable too.Not sure what the other rubber piece is, it looks like some sort of accessory retaining part - once I figure out what it's used for then I'm sure that'll be a useful addition too.

Fits perfectly. Protects the slots. What more can you ask for? The screw retaining clip is only useful for certain mounts (not the ones I use) - so I cannot comment on that.
