Easy assembly and just perfect to do squats while watching tv. It came with all pieces. Bolts and screws were loose inside of the packaging. I love it!!!

I purchased this sissy squat bench, the holes were unaligned, rendering the bench useless, dangerous to use! I have yet to be refunded for this product, after well over 10 phone conversations with Amazons customer service. For a few dollars more I was able to purchase a much better quality bench, awesome for strengthening quads and hip area as well! Note: Amazon did refund my total purchase cost for this return.

Easy to put together. Took about 15 minutes total. Used 25lbs plates in each hand and it works extremely well. No complaints compared to other expensive ones.

I've had issues with my leg development for years when I integrated this apparatus into my routine my legs have gotten bigger and stronger,I would recommend a weighted vest or dumbbells for added resistance.
