I bought a 40 lbs re-curve for a little more than this cost. I am very happy with the bow and with a few extras like new sight and arrow rest and peep sight it is great. It is an amazing bow that will not break the budget and usefull for many years.Very accurate too. The first time I put 3 arrows in the yellow!

This a is a great bow for beginners. I had zero previous archery skills but after watching hours of John Dudley and his Nock On training videos I am now able to shoot 2 inch groups at 30yards. That being said there is a catch.    I bought the bare bones version of this bow @$100. When I say bare, i mean bare. No d-loop, or peep sight. Stock sight and rest are very basic and did not use them. Instead I bought a Trophy Ridge 5 pin sight which if I had known better I would of got a single pin sight mainly because my intention is to eventually hunt. I also got a Trophy Ridge basket rest which after a few shots I noticed that it would ruin the fletchings so I decided to switch to a drop down rest. Unfortunately that rest didn't fit well in this bow so I bought a Trophy Taker spring rest and I have looked back since. Having no d-loop or peep sight and wanting to learn, I got serving string, d-loop string, and a peep and installed them myself. Extra tools were needed; string separator or a bow vice and levels. If you enjoying diy then this is your way if not you will have to take this to a bow store or a cabelas or bass pro shop to have these things done. I went ahead and got a field bow vice mainly because if you want to adjust the draw length on this bow you will need a bow vice. This bow comes stock draw length at 28 inches. At this point its ready to shoot. Lol but I added more stuff of course :)   I added a hyper glide cable slide. A Saunders Vudu string dampener and used a front bracket and a z bar to get the dampener to properly fit. Little complicated lol. I added a 10' Sunya stabilizer to the front, a 8' Sunya stabilizer to the side and used a single sided v bar to attach them. A few personal things i did to this bow was blackout most of the logos on the bow with electrical tape, painted some accents and made a wrist sling with paracord.   One thing that was an issue with this bow was a missing screw for the slide bar. I was able to figure out a solution. Only downside of this bow. All in all a great bow @$100 which caused me to go down the rabbit hole of archery. Since my purchase i have got a fletching jig and assemble my own arrows. I also use a thumb trigger and an index trigger with plans on moving to a tension release for accuracy improvement. Hope this helps glhf

Simple, easy to use, fun to shoot, so far I enjoy everything about this bow. Recently my husband and I got into archery, and he uses an infinite edge compound bow (300 bucks) while I use the Siege. I have to say, even though it is not on the same level customization and build wise, the Siege still gives me enough versatility and options that meet my needs. Like my husband's bow, I am able to add a stabilizer if I choose to, I have his QAD HDX fall away arrow rest that I love, and I was able to install the peep sight and a d-loop on my own with no problem. The stock sight is flimsy and hard to use but again, I can always upgrade and buy one anyways. Even though my husband loves his infinite edge, he tells me all the time that if he were to start of with a compound bow that the Siege would not have disappointed him at all. He shoots his bow at around 55-60 lbs anyways so the poundage would not have been an issue anyways. Did I mention how sleek it looks also? Definitely looks nicer and sturdier than the price paid.

You can look and look but it will be very difficult to find a bow of this quality in this price range. Between my roommate and his wife they have 5 bows. 2 compound hunting types which go up to very heavy draw weights of 70Lbs or so, and 2 recurves and a long bow. I started archery because of the both of them. I used their compound bows for a while and got rather good with them and I began looking for my own. I didnt wanna spend $400 on a bow like they had my first time out. I did know that I wanted a compund bow with a decent enough draw weight to hunt with. After visiting the local bass pro a few times, and looking online for something for a while, I really just didnt see what I was looking for. I don't even know how I came across this bow but I'm more than glad I did! It was exactly what I was looking for! I rather fancy the traditional shape of bows but love the power you get from a compound cam system. The sights and arrow rests really suit me as well. Welll... I should say common types found on compound bows. I can't tell you much about the arrow rest or drop sight that came with this bow because I ordered an upgrade kit at the same time which included the tri-pattern brush arrow rest, 5 pin sight with light, peepsight, stabilizer, d-loop material, and a bowsling for $42!! The kit I bought didnt come with a string silencer but its ok...the bow doesnt have a place to mount one^.^ It has a rather satisfying, and powerful "Thunk" when its shot. This bow impressed my friend who has been practicing archery for 10 years! He didnt believe what I paid for it!! He also said its a great starter bow that will also please an advanced shooter. It has impressive power at the high end and can be turned down for someone who isnt used to a heavy pull. This bow is WELL DESERVING of all the bells and whistles I threw on it and instantly became a monster!! I was happy with the purchase of the bow alone but with all the goodies slapped on...The odds are certainly ever in my favor. *UPDATE* I'm pretty sure with a bow press the draw length is adjustable!! The cam has 3 slots for the string cable to lock into and it comes preset to the middle slot. Not much room for variation as you get 3 choices. The draw length window on this bow is a very common size and with the adjustment up or down 1 notch in length im sure it would fit most anyone^.^ **UPDATE AGAIN** I got my portable bow press today and the draw length IS ADJUSTABLE! As stated before it has only 3 notches in the cam for the length of pull but one of them should work just fine for anyone strong enough to pull it. Upon taking it apart I learned a lot about this bow! The way its strung is pretty simple, and now I understand how they work! The draw weight adjustment loosened up SLIGHTLY when it wasnt under any tension and I was able to tighten it a little bit above what I could while it was. I have yet to test it out as I have to re adjust my peepsight and D-loop before I can shoot. What a purchase though! LOVE this little bow for its uniqueness, accuracy, and power! and PRICE! ***Yet another update!!*** This bow keeps getting better! Among other goodies I have in the works for it....I picked up a string silencer that mounts very easily to the cable guard rod!! This bow has a serious kick and is a bit on the loud side compared to other types. Not only is it now practically mute... its more accurate and the arrows are a bit faster! Less kick too! I would highly recommend this device plus an oversized stabilizer which I have on the way for VERY cheap. Will swap the standard lightweight one that came with my kit for a larger and heavier one, adding a lot of balance and stability, as well as even more noise reduction and accuracy. Bravo This bow!
