No idea what this fits but it absolutely DOES NOT fit a 2004 f-150 4.2 liter despite what the fitment guide says.Two stars because it might be a top notch product, I’ll never know because I don’t have anything it fits…

Very high quality product I dont care what anyone says this job is a pain but it's well worth it is you take your time and do a good job be very careful dont remove the box this car be done without removing the ac driver there a video on you tube if you have a super crew be prepared to remove the carpet and the front seat to remove the lower heater tubes or else you cant move the box this job is easy just be careful not careless be mindful of what your unplugging your will need to remove the steering colum also .disconnect the battery it's a good idea to replace these heater hoses also fyi technician tip old heater core was leaking
