2006 Impreza outback sport. It fit well. I ended up cutting off the new hoses and such since all that stuff was still good. Only installed the fuel neck filler.

Check engine light is off and the wheel well doesn't smell like gas anymore, so the product is basically good. The fit wasn't perfect so was a real struggle to get it in place. I also now have occasional trouble filling the tank up all the way. The fuel nozzle will auto-shut off when I know another 2 gallons should go in. Annoying, but not the end of the world. Overall a good product and I'm happy with it.

Works fine. I also dremeled of a tab with 2 metal lines as they were redundant as the factory lines were stainless steal and perfect. Only thing I had to replace was the main clamp going the gas tank. I’m in Michigan, every bolt will break holding the plastic shroud on so you will have to find 2 10 mm bolts and 1 nut. This is totally doable by a diyer. This is a common problem on my 04 forester. I threw an upstream 02 sensor on as well which is also not a very fun job and my check engine light is quiet.

This fit a 2004 Forester fine, I was replacing a rusted out one. I cut off and discarded two of the small attached tubes as the ones on the car were stainless steel, in good shape, and looked like they could be a pain to change. Everything went smoothly. The spring mechanism was stiff and hard to insert a gas pump nozzle at first but it softened up quickly. This did not come with replacement fasteners, I found (metric) nuts locally.Happy with the price and the product.

This is advertised to fit a 2007 Forester. With the attached (welded) evaporative pipes, there didn’t seem to be any way to install this part. I had to cut off those pipes and replace the stainless OEM I had already taken off. Then the mounting points on the filler pipe itself did not line up at all. Nor was I able to reattach the old evaporative lines to the new pipe, though it was not designed to do so. If the filler pipe had lined up with the mounting bracket, the evaporative lines would have fit as well. All in all, this was a difficult and frustrating effort made worse by the poor fit and extra hassle.

This worked on my 2003 Subaru Forester X but it was not a direct fit that’s why I’m giving it 3 stars. The 2 small lines that come of the neck together and are shorter were about 3 inches to long for the grove that they are supposed to fit in. Took my time and did slow bends as not to mess up the lines and got it to work. If you just go ahead and cut the two lines away from the filler where they are welded it will help a lot. Just be very careful not to put a hole in you line. This did not fix my problem either but was probably soon to be a problem. The problem was a very rusted vent valve solenoid.

This got rid of the small leak code the Sub had for a while- also fixed the blinking cruise control light which meant the cruise was disabled.

It shows that this fits a 2007 Subaru Forester XT limited, but thats not true at all. I believe you need to purchase this item through auto zone or advanced auto because this far from OEM. The price doesn't matter to me as long i get the correct quality parts that are suppose to fit my car. I got the filler neck and the box was ripped open and missing a nut and bolt, so i got a replacement and the box came ripped up again but came with both nuts and bolts. Do not buy this if you have a 2007 Subaru Forester XT limited. I believe this applies to the N/A (non turbocharged) models as well.

Fits pretty good but had to cut off vent lines and use oe. Bottom mount doesn't work with cover.

Fits great except one of the hard lines welded to to the replacement pipe is already on the Forester from the manufacturer. Some slight modification was required but functions fantastically!
