Easy to install, nice that it is versatile. But the seriousness of construction integrity is laughable. After about 2 minutes of work you have to re-tighten all the joints. And on several occasions the ball flies off with spring attached. I am also not gitting the bag with much force, basically you get whay you pay for.

Directions weren't very helpful for assembly and the bag gets loose after a few punches however you just have to twist it to tighten it so it's not difficult. Overall it serves it's purpose and my son loves it

8 year old loves this. Installed it in the garage and he can't walk by it without stopping and taking a few swings at it. It is holding up well and was easy to install. Great value for the cost.

This is perfect for my just turned 11 year old. It’s smaller than it looks in the photos but the measurements in the listing are accurate. It does slowly come unscrewed as he hits it but he enjoys making the bag fly off with a good, hard hit! Lol My husband is going to put super glue on the threads to see if that helps it not to loosen. It’s a great value for the money and perfect for a preteen.
