I couldn’t figure out how to use so I gave it to my husband’s niece ! He figured out how it works and is very satisfied w/ the results !

Despite the product saying it goes to more than 200 lb. I've yet to figure out how to do such. It seems very simplistic but still confusing.

I rated it 4 stars because to understand how to adjust this thing is a nightmare! They should have clearly explained it with pictures or a link to a video! I almost returned it because I was unable to turn the tension bolt, then I wanted to dismantlethe whole thing and it was a pure hazard how I found out to adjust this thing. But when I actually found out how, it was very, very easy and a great tool for your chest, arms, etc. I didn't opt for the hydrolic because of the leakage issue people been reporting, at least with this one I won't worry about that.

Outstanding, but with recommendations:1) Wear leather gloves, especially when reaching maximum resistance levels. The hand straps will cut into your wrists when increasing maximum resistance levels. Unfortunately, the grips are not well ergonomically designed with the hard plastic versus rubber; and2) Make sure you apply controlled pressure on the rebound after each compression. In closing, I prefer a spring apparatus versus a hydraulic power twister because you feel each compression more and there is no leakage of hydraulic fluids.

Once you get comfortable with the tension adjustment process and set it, you can get a great upper body workout!

The directions are terrible, at least call the sections by the same title for starters. Thr glove, which isn't a glove but rather a wrist strap, is the size for my 10 yr old daughter. No matter how I adjust the device, the arms are super close together and my 4 year old (I have a few kids) can squeeze together or any larger distance apart I can barely budge. I know I'm a weakling at 6'1" 190lbs and can bench 315 and squat 495 lbs. but who is this built for, Thor the God of Lighting? Sending back tomorrow morning.

PSA for everyone, this exercise tool can be very dangerous. Please wear the included wrist strap while using. Last week I had this slip and it hit the bottom of my chin HARD. I was lucky, I could have ended up in the hospital, but all I suffered was some temporary pain on my chin and jaw. I do love this exercise tool and continue to use it every day. But please stay safe. I am giving it 5 stars since it became my favorite exercise tool where I can squeeze in some reps throughout the day and feel like my upper body is being challenged every time. I prefer to use this while seated than standing. Helpful tip: You can balance your arm on your leg to make it easier by using some leg assist, but don't cheat too much.

This thing is amazing! So many different resistance levels in one small device! This means whether you're a newbie or a seasoned pro, this bad boy will challenge you to your core! The anti-slip handles feel oh-so-comfortable in my hands, ensuring a secure grip throughout my routine. And let me tell you, the variety of exercises you can do with this thing is mind-boggling! From chest presses to tricep extensions, it covers all the bases. Not only does this twister bar gizmo give me the freedom to work on my upper body strength from the comfort of my home, but it also injects a burst of energy into my workouts.
