Yet another water fountain for me to try with my furry family. I like how it will notify me when I need to clean the fountain or filter. It kind of tells me how much water is left by saying there is "Enough" water. I haven't figured out how to get it to let me know when the water is running low, maybe there will be an update but I doubt that will help. The fountain is easy to clean and maintain.You can adjust the water control with a slider in the app, and modify the different work modes as well. It is a nice water fountain that keeps my kitties hydrated. It's quiet and doesn't take up much space. Would be nice to have a low water level notification instead of going into the app to find out, but the light does turn red when it needs cleaned/etc.

In the past I have tried many of these natural cat watering devices, and this one by far tops all the others. It is easy to assemble and comes with an easy to follow user guide. A qr code is in the user manual to link up your phone-both iphone and android to choose to keep your watering dish continuously running or to use the energy saving feature to run at certain times. I was hoping a motion sensor was a feature with this item but I have not found that option. An extra water filter is provided as well as the cord that you will need to plug into the dish then to an outlet to work. The app also tells you when your water level is low and when to change out the Filter.

Got this item because I have 4 cats and 1 dog. All the animals drink out of this and love it. This water fountain works great. This is very easy to take apart to for cleaning. the water flow is great and runs quietly. I feel for the price they ask for this item it's worth the money. I like this one because it's shallow and I find that the cats play and slash the water around less than a deeper water bowl.

I am amazed at how totally silent this fountain is. I was not looking forward to the trickling water sound that I thought would be unavoidable.I’ve been using this for 2 weeks and even though it’s only about 6 feet from where I sleep, I never hear it.The cats have not really warmed up to it yet which surprises me. They drink out of the bathtub, the shower, & puddles but fresh filtered water is suspect? Okay, cats.Aside from the impressive silence, assembly was simple, it’s very easy to clean, and moderately attractive. It’s a little large but it’s a lot more complex than a basic bowl. I love the stainless steel, and the clean utilitarian look it has. It seems like a good value and it works well.

I have 4 cats, and finding a good water fountain is a pain in the (). I have been through many brands that are terrible, and I think I finally found one that works well. The pump works very well, and the spout on the top has water flow so it keeps it fresh and fun for the cats. I appreciate that it is stainless steel, so it is much easier to clean and less nasty than plastic. There is a light in it that turns red when the water needs refilled. I sure hope this pump lasts awhile… the only kind of downside I’ve noticed is that you can definitely hear the water running. This doesn’t bother me, but it is a louder model compared to some.

This is a very well put together pet fountain. Its small and compact, holds a goodly volume of water, is easy to clean, and is very silent. My cat loves drinking from it and it encourages her to drink more water, which is really important. The stainless steel construction is solid and easy to keep clean. It also looks really nice. The pump is silent and there's not a lot of fountain noise to it.I do think that the App functionality is cool, its not needed and you do not need to download the app to use it. It is a really nice touch though since it reminds you when to fill and replace the filters. You can also control the flow rate and put a timer on it so it shuts off at night

I have a very rowdy and energetic Boston Terrier (Isabel) and she drinks a LOT of water. I have a big gravity water bowl for her, but it gets dirty quickly. It's low to the ground, and sometimes she likes to put her paws in it and play with the water, requiring frequent cleaning. Therefore, I decided to look for something that could hold a lot of water like her gravity water bowl, but also higher up and filter the water to prevent it from becoming dirty.I chose this as it seemed to tick off all the boxes I was looking for. It holds 3.5 liters (just under a gallon) and filters the water throughout the day for her. It is very easy to install and has a very quiet operation. It looks very nice in the kitchen and it super easy to refill and clean.The problem I have with this is that the water bowl where the dog/cat is meant to drink from is very shallow. The water overflow outlet is too low - it only allows for about a quarter inch of water to pool up for the pet to drink from. My dog prefers to drink from where the water falls from the upper bowl to the lower one as it is easier for her, but this also causes some difficulty for her and took her a while to get used to. The upper bowl is deeper but much smaller. It's unfortunate, because just allowing for more pooling in the lower bowl would make this a stellar, five-star item.I downloaded the app and it's useful for knowing when the water is low, especially since you can't see the water level from the outside. But that is really the only use for it that I have, other than checking filter life. I'd rather not use the app as I personally don't like to install unnecessary apps and have no idea the level of privacy this app provides.Overall, it is a really nice bowl and serves its purpose well, with the small flaw that the bottom bowl doesn't fill up as high as I would prefer. I may use my glue gun to affix a piece of rubber over the bottom of the overflow outlet to allow the water to pool higher, but really it's a design flaw that should be fixed. This is ideal for small dogs (25lbs or less) and cats - definitely not suitable for medium to large dogs. Four stars from me.
