This is well made and being well-made Adds to the safety of using a cooking rack. I specifically wanted a larger and sturdy rack to use with my three section lasagna/brownie pan. I cook all sorts of thinks in the 3-section lasagna pan (brownie, cakes, Banana breads, etc.) and the last couple of time I tried to use my smaller cooling rack, it was a flippin-mess. I like the sturdiness of this one so I can now put larger pans in the rack to cool and I can also flip larger pans like my oversized brownie/lasagna pan with confidence.It is worth the price. No more flip fails!!!

I should have ordered a larger size, but I expected it to be larger. However, it satisfies my need to have a grate that FROZEN pizzas can cook on and be well-supported while inside the oven. This is a sturdy item. Ideally it would have had some sort of hook to better attach it to the oven rack. It hardly picks up any of the pizza dough, so cleaning is truly minimal.

I just started to dabble in baking and had absolutely no pans, racks, rolling pins or other needed items. I purchased this rack so that I could cool two loaves of home-made bread at once. If you’re looking for a commercial-grade, well-constructed, spacious cooling rack, this one will be excellent. It looks like it will last forever. Cleans easily and I’ve used it to cool fried foods. Storing it might be a challenge for someone with smaller cabinets (I have a stainless steel utility rack in my pantry - it fits nicely on that), but if you want to invest in a product that you won’t have to replace or in one that won’t rust or corrode, this is an excellent choice.

Whenever I purchase anything Stainless Steel I always take my time and read the reviews. The first thing I make sure of is that whatever I am buying Will Not Rust. It took me a while, but I finally found this rack. It is very sturdy and heavy. All of these kind of racks will be a pain to clean, but it’s worth it. What I cannot understand is that this company makes a few different grades of this rack, why is it this is the only one that does not rust? This rack IS HEAVY! I would have liked all the features of this rack but one that is lighter in weight.

Yes, I have finally found a rack to fit a pan large enough to bake a whole pound of bacon, all at once, without overlapping. The cooked bacon barely sticks in a few spots. For the most part, the bacon retains its full shape and comes right off the rack without sticking. The bacon lays flat and cooks evenly. This rack is HEAVY....DUTY!! Easiest clean-up is in the dish washer. You have to be creative to fit it though. If you clean it in the sink, it is best to have a deep Farm sink(one big opening). It does clean easier if you soak it a few hours in hot soapy water first(in a pan big enough to fit it), of course unless you can fit it in your dishwasher. Overall, love it, love it, love it!

When they say "Ultra Heavy Duty", they are not kidding. This is the most robust item in my kitchen now and it weighs a ton. It will never distort or bend at all. Yes, it's pricey, but far superior to the other options which are mostly coated and not suitable for my use. This one fits my 3/4 (aka 2/3) sheet perfectly, unlike the one I originally bought and returned.

I have to admit that I have not actually used the wire cooling rack yet. I only received it 5 days ago. But, I was prompted by the seller to write a review.As of now, I can say that it appears to be extremely well made, and constructed of solid materials. Given its weight, it feels like it will not easily bend or warp. It almost feels like a rack you'd find on a charcoal grill, it's that solid. It fits the largest baking sheet [15" x 21"] of the "Artisan Professional Classic Aluminum Baking Sheet Pan Set" that I recently purchased perfectly, as if made for it.So far, I'm very pleased. But, if I find any downside issues with it, I'll be sure to update this review.
