This bracket is Junk! The tightening bolts feel like they don’t match, loose and wiggly. Installed on a new dock frame when snugging up the bolts to pipe leg. The welds on the nuts broke. It literally just took inch pounds of torque to brake these brackets! Do not waste your money! Can’t return as I had to weld new ones on to get the job done.

You cannot tighten the bolts without popping the welds that attach the nuts to the pipe.Pretty much worthless.

Got the first two of these mounted on dock and as soon as I put a wrench on the set screws they broke right off.. Seemed like they weren't even welded at all! one on each set! This was just the first section of a larger project.. thank heavens I found out right at the start! Using it for a floating dock .I guess they would be ok You wouldn't be tightening the set screws...But if you are suspending your dock at a certain level the welds are subpar and would be very unsafe! Someone could be seriously injured depending on these! I didn't have time to take pics.. this already put us behind.. will try to do that tomorrow.Followup..I looked at my pic vs the ad pic.. they aren't even the same item! Check the tiny tiny spot weld on mine. Compare to both circle weld on demo,Also I don't believe mine is at all galv dipped.. it is showing surface rust after being outside for 8 days! The last pic is the replacement I bought from Amazon ( tandefio)..... Is like night and day.. quality construction!.
