The steam cleaner worked just fine. There is just no replacement brushes for this model, and it only comes with 2 brushes one wire and one regular... very disappointed.

The machine has performed exactly as I had hoped.Well packaged, good instructions, lots of additional tools and compact.The house has never been cleaner . . . especially the grout lines in the floor tiles of all the hallways and house entrance. Clean grout gives a whole new lease of life to the house.I recommend this unit.

Do not recommend this product. The brush cracked the first time I used it and the company would not replace. There is no way to order parts in the manual. Go with another reputable steamer.

This steamer has done wonders with helping me clean my grout. The water capacity is long lasting, enough to clean the grout of half of my kitchen before refilling. Thus far, I found all of the attachments to be useful and easy to handle.The only thing I would change is the handle trigger function. After pulling the trigger to release the steam, there's a switch by the handle that keeps it squeezed. The problem is, the switch is easily pressed while holding the handle. That part could have been designed better, but overall I like this steamer.
