It was pretty, but I was disappointed in this dime pendant holder. The bail had an obvious defect (looked like a chunk was missing) and it was so thin it didn't seem like it would be durable. I returned it.

Good quality coin bezel. I tested it and it is definitely silver. I used silver acid and a sketching Stone. It can take at least a 4mm necklace. It's very shiny and nice the tabs are about an eighth of 1/8" to fold over the coin.
