I've been carrying for about 20 years and tried lots of different holsters over that time. This is my holster of choice. I have a couple versions for my different guns. It sits snugly inside my waistband and stays there. No belt. I do put it against my skin, so inside underwear as well as pants. My jeans are snug but not too tight at the waist and it really doesn't move around. This is my second sticky holster for this gun (Ruger sp101). My first one lasted about 6 years, being worn between 2-7 days per week depending on my schedule. It eventually lost its stickiness and was sliding down (but underpants kept it from going down my leg - another good reason to wear inside underwear). It you wear a gun daily, plan on getting a couple of years out of this before needing to replace. Since they are reasonably priced, that is not a big deal to me. Great, comfortable holster!

I have had this holster for about 3 or 4 years years now and use it as my EDC Holster for my Ruger LCR .38 which i usually pocket carry. This holster is perfect for that purpose with the LCR. Its so simple yet effective. Practicing the draw from your pocket with this holster is a must so you can get used to how it works. For example drawing from jeans vs cargo shorts is different due to the cargo shorts naturally having a bigger pocket making it sometimes hard to get the gun out of the holster without the holster pulling up with it. However i have never had the issue of pulling the holster out when drawing the lcr, even with baggier pockets. In summer i will occasionally IWB carry and the holster is comfortable even when sweaty or with high humidity. Really great value compared to what you could spend

I never really write reviews unless I'm extremely pleased with the product. Anyway, it fist my 856 snubby perfect, it's super comfortable and I actually ran around the block and jumped up and down with it on my appendex and it didn't move. Best holster I've bought in awhile . I give it 5 star's for it's simplicity and comfort. Durability I'll have to get back with everyone after a week or 2 of everyday use

I recently embraced the Sticky Holster for my concealed carry needs, and let me just say, it's as if Velcro and ninjas had a brainchild. This holster is the stealthy sidekick I never knew I needed. Its design is brilliantly inconspicuous, allowing me to move freely without revealing any hints of its presence. And the "stick" factor? It clings on like a toddler to their favorite toy. Whether I'm running errands, hopping, skipping, or just lounging, this holster stays put and ensures my piece does too.For anyone in the market for a discreet yet steadfast holster, the Sticky Holster is your answer. Here's to carrying with confidence and a touch of sneakiness!

Sticky holsters do exactly what they are supposed to: they allow IWB carry and easy draw. With sufficient tension between well fitting pants and body, they provide adequate retention, but when not worn or worn with loose clothing, don't expect that any retention. Very comfortable. I purchased 2 for my revolvers.

This is a good sticky holster for a revolver--mine's S&W .38 and it fits. As usual, sticky does stick, and can be trusted to do its job with a minimum of weight or hassle. The stickies are better for semi-automatic pistols for concealment purposes, but that's largely because of the size of the revolver's cylinder and its shape. It's just harder to conceal overall, and the sticky holster can't fix that aspect. Still a good holster for the price.

DeSantis Nemesis Vs. Sticky holsterI have an Airwieght 360 exposed hammer, Airweight. Similar to the 640, 642, 637, 442 etc.Stick holster MD-5:Good fit, well made, comfy outer, coarse nylon lined, very light. Slightly smaller, more rounded than the Nemesis holster and lighter. The Sticky holster has a foamy/spongy/rubbery outer that stays in place as well as the Nemesis but at half the weight. Pocket fit is no problem in any of my pockets. Having the light weight and a "spongy" outer contributes to the comfort in concealed carry. The Sticky holster seems to have more of a "wrap around" fit making the draw need a bit more force with a revolver than the Nemesis. I suppose this is good if you are going to be hanging upside down and shaken like a kid in the hands of a bully. Kidding aside, I don't think either holster will allow your firearm to fall out under normal conditions. I really like the Sticky holsters and have one for my Ruger LCP (different model Sticky holster of course). I had the LCP in the waistband of some swim shorts and forgot it was there. I love the Sticky holster a definite winner for pocket carry with a revolver.DeSantis Nemesis:Good fit, well made, sticky rubber outer, satin nylon lined, nice and thin. Slightly larger, more squared off than the Sticky holster and heavier (not quite twice as heavy). It barely fits in a "Dickies" front pocket, which is an average to larger sized pocket. The bottom of the holster is open which makes it shorter than the Sticky holster by about a 5/8" or so and may allow debris to enter the barrel from the bottom (keep your pockets clean)? It seems odd that the Nemesis "flap" is so long it makes the unit too big (wide) for many pockets, but yet is shorter than the sticky holster. With good tension (a snug waistband), this holster does a great job of keeping my J frame in place. The nylon lining aids in a smooth and easy draw. I really like the holster, I would like it more and probably use it more often for pocket carry if it wasn't so wide. I'm sincerely considering modifying the "tab."I prefer the Nemesis for IWB carry. Against the skin, I think the Nemesis will keep more moisture away from the firearm. The Nemesis is slightly stiffer, therefore making it more comfortable in the waistband with a revolver. In my opinion, for lightweight revolvers, Sticky holster for in the pocket and Nemesis for in the waistband.
