I've used Sting Kill for years, ever since a friend in the military clued me in on it. I've been a fan because it simply works to stop the pain. I had a wasp sting and used Sting Kill within minutes, and the reaction was reduced. The only problem is that I might need to order again because I keep giving them away. The most recent was the secretary who came in after an evening of grass cutting and mosquitoes singing the praises. I carry them in my purse, backpack, vehicle console, and lawnmower cup holder.

These are a must for stings and bites - easy to use (even for older kids) and effective when applied. We always have them in our med cabinet as well as hiking packs.
