I got the senior small because I’m short AF. I was a little worried that my “girls” might be a little exposed on the sides with a small but it works all right. It’s not the most comfortable fit, as the shoulder pads kind of perch on top and the part that goes around the biceps is not adjustable, but all in all, for cheap gear for someone who isn’t pro, it’s just fine.

At least here on Amazon, the price difference between this pad and the RX3 is minimal. It's not worth the lesser quality materials to get this RX3.1 over the top-of-the-line model. Protection and fit are the same, but for a few extra dollars you'll get materials that will last longer (and possibly give you a ever so slightly improved fit).
