It is not easy to use. The bobbi s does not have a slit to hold the threads. The design is not good. Functionality is not good. Not worth it.

I ordered 2 of these and neither one will download to the iPad. Even bought the latest greatest iPad and nothing. Tech support is none assistance. Don’t disappoint your grandkids by buying this gift that doesn’t work. Heartbreaking!

All this is is a piece of plastic that holds your strings while making a bracelet. Seriously it’s only worth $15 maybe $20 if you’re feeling generous. Save your money and watch YouTube videos instead!

The app worked for about one day and then would not work properly. It has all sorts of loading problems. At first I thought it was user error on my daughter's part. But not so. It's absolute garbage. I have to go figure out how to try to use the hardware parts without the app. This was supposed to be a fun way for my daughter to learn on her own.

I gave this to my niece's daughter for Christmas and you would have thought I gave her the moon. In fact my sister said she was "over the moon" with joy. And you should see the bracelets she has made. Beautiful. Highly recommend

My daughter receives this as a gift. The app for this product does not work, rendering it useless as no instructions are included. Even in the App Store it only has 1 star and over 15 reviews saying it doesn’t work. My daughter is so disappointed. We’re having to search YouTube to find some other sort of instructions, so far we’ve been unsuccessful.
