I was able to put on correctly, was able to turn on and turn off, did download app without a problem. I got this as a SIMPLE DEVICE to check my HR AND MY STEPS so I could monitor an increase of steps vs my HR - MAINLY to help reduce my BP AND TO LOWER TENSION. After 30 min trying to get it to work for me, my tension got higher, not lower. BUT#1 The App I downloaded is accessible, but NO ICON PUT ON MY PHONE, so had to go to play store to access (?have to do each time?)#2 The App is SO FILLED WITH TABS, TRAINING EXERCISES, ETC. ETC. that, AFTER I TRIED to TEST STEPS walking, I can NOT LOCATE ANY of my results on my phone app;#3 The APPS OWN INSTRUCTIONS do NOT MATCH the APP, i.e., 'press start-up button, go to Workout Tab (all that worked), but "CHOOSE INSIDE OR OUT" NOT AN OPTION on APP

With the item or the customer service..When you pay this much..You are supposed to get a great product and customer service..That didn't happen..

Very comfortable, not bulky, double adjustable band, doesn't slide around once sweaty. :) easy setup, charge holds well, (haven't had to charge it yet) gives good read and measured against my Garmin a few times and is +/- 1-2 beats from Garmin.

Disadvantages / problems:- Plastic shavings coming out of the joint continually (from the 2 parts grinding against each other). Even if you wipe it off, more shavings will be produced- Rubber part is sticky and seems like it will disintegrate over time, as it's cheap rubberAdvantages:- Good strength level settings- Easy to use- Okay price

These are great but make sure, if you buy two, to switch hands a few times because the spring tension is not quite exactly the same.

Does what it's supposed to do - and it works for a variety of grips. I took one star off because the settings are not clearly marked. There's a marking for 22 and one end of the range, 88 at the other, but the rest is a range. Not important to me but it might be to someone who wants to measure progress.
