The small was not small enough for me. velcro closure over ran the second set of closures. Iassume I needed something smaller for my build of less than 5 ft and weighing 87. so it goesI kept it as too hard to figure out how to return it. Was only 3 ft wide, alittle too narrow, butdid cling to the hip area fairly well when all the pull tight pieces were used, overlapping. each other???

I had these bra cups sewn into my mother of the groom dress for my son’s wedding. They did just what they were supposed do. They gave my small girls a lift and helped to accent my waist making me look better proportioned.

Probably not the best for older breast, but I made them work!! The stickiness is strong and I was able to wear them in the pool with no issues.

These inserts work nicely, they have a good "step up" push up on the inside. My only complaint is that they could be a bit softer. Nice and natural looking shape though!!
