Poly should be 3/8" to prevent "panting", and it takes three people to start the installation, once it is hung in place, it's a cake walk to complete. Well worth the $$$$$

I was amazed at the quality and everything including with this back window. It fit perfectly, and included more than I expected for sealing it up. If I would’ve known about it I would’ve bought it a year ago when I bought my gator.

It installed easy-ish. Definitely needed 2 people. We have doors on our gator and the bottom brackets are right where the door hardware is. We don't have the tools to mount the bracket higher so we used heavy duty zip ties. It worked pretty well, we will likely modify it in the future but for now the zip ties work well. If you have doors, this will not work without a few choice words and some redneck ingenuity.

Installation instruction are almost Non-existent. Here is what I found by trial and error!1. Installation of gasket to the plastic windscreen(I assume it was Lexon, I found after struggling for almost a hour, I used a soapy(Dawn) water solution wiped in the channel of the gasket and on the edge of the windshield and the use of a rubber mallet tapping the gasket into place worked.2. I found(trial & error) that installing the brackets bolted(using the M6x25 bolts) on to the windscreen should be only fastened loosely(should be free to move in the slots.3. I Found by(trial & error) next the M8x25mm bolts should be inserted through the holes indicated in the top of the XUV frame by so called instructions. The 2nd person is then required to help position and hold the windscreen over the M8x 25mm bolts while the nuts are being loosely installed. The windscreen should be free to move in the slots provided in the bracket that was previously fastened loosely to the windscreen.4. After applying the foam tape to the (4) bracket they should be approx. located and clamped to the vert. members of the ROPS frame Then, using the (8) remaining M6x25mm screws, nuts and washers the windscreen can be fastened in final position, the screws ended in in the extreme ends of mounting slots, requires partially tightening the screws one at a time before the final tightness is obtained.5. The final item is tightening the M8x 25mm bolts at the top of the frame.6. Then after leaving the XUV mine is a (2020 835M) set for several hours, you may find you have the adjust the tightness of the (8) M6x25mm screws to remove distortion(visible when in light) of the windscreen by some of these screws being be to tight or to loose after the gasket seal takes its final set.It isn't easy, its very time consuming installation but patience will pay off.

A few things here first a 5 min install is a joke, plan for ~1.5 - 2 hours and have a second person to help because its heavy and with the nylon lock washers keeping the weather stripping in place while bolting things in place is difficult to impossible. If you have doors the lower angle bracket doesn't fit. I had to make 2 new metal parts to hold the bracket in place ~1" higher then the predrilled and located holes. (pain in the @ss).The bolt locations are not super clear in the instructions for the top inside the cab bolt locations. You shouldn't use the slotted hole you should use the round hole thats closets to the larger opening.
